Selamat Hari Raya Aidiladha to all Muslim friends!

This day marks the end of the pinnacle of haj or wukuf at the Plains of Arafah in Saudi Arabia. Haj is the annual pilgrimage, the fifth pillar of Islam. All able-bodied Muslims are required to undertake the haj at least once in their lifetime, if they can afford it, physically and financially.
During this period, many activities are organised to help those in need in the spirit of charity. In Singapore, staff and volunteers from our mosques are busy facilitating and performing the korban (sacrifice) rites.
