Post workout stank face and lower body pump!
If you need a workout for today, here ya go??????

You need 30 minutes and a barbell (I used 50lbs) or a set of dumbbells for this workout:

1 -20 glute bridges
-20 rocket jumps (deep jump squats where you touch the ground and then shoot arms up as you jump up!)

- 20 walking lunges
- 10 burpees

- 20 sumo deadlifts
- 20 fixed sumo jumps (like jump squats in a sumo stance)

-20 calf raises
- 10 pogo jumps/side (one legged rdl with a jump as you come up)

It took me 30:17 to complete this workout! The goal is to keep rest times between each set as low as possible. PUSH YOURSELF!
