This is just a little reminder that I’m human. Today I made the decision to turn off my instagram story reply function. I admit that the vast majority of the messages I get through it are positive. You guys brighten my day! ☀️ However, out of 500 responses maybe 10 will be negative. Not just constructive criticism, hate. And those 10? They eat away at me. I try to push them out of my mind but they have the ability to bring me down. I’m not a robot and I can take things to heart, no matter how hard I try not to ?? Don’t get me wrong, I’m not going to stop posting any time soon. I love my job and I love connecting with you every day. However, I hope this change helps put one more step between myself and hate. I need to look after myself and my mental health ? #girlgains
