Upper Body & Abs Finisher ? I added this circuit onto the end of my workout yesterday and loved it! It seriously engages your core: ➡️ Commando Knee Taps (lift your hips high and lower back into a plank) ➡️ V Sit Leg Lowers (control slowly on the way down, lowering using your core) ➡️ Plank Weight Drags (stabilise your hips as much as possible, widen your legs to make it easier) ➡️ Heel Taps (engage your core before you lift off the ground to avoid over compensating with your hips/legs) ? 35 seconds on, 10 seconds off, 3 rounds back to back!
