I have always had an athletic physique as I’ve always played sport and at 17 turned professional at football... After many injuries and operations I decided to retire early and continue with my other passions and one of those was fitness/gym... 1 thing I will leave you with is, no matter what you do in life, without passion, dedication and hard work you will never reach your potential. There are no shortcuts to reaching your goals in life, trust me as I’m still trying myself. However, if you are consistent in what you do and always give ? then you will fucking get there in the end trust me! Have a good journey people, go get it! ??
