First bench press session back for a while and I did 8 sets in total - 7 sets of 10 reps on 140kg and a 1 rep max on 180kg ??? ***Idiot disclaimer*** I never lock out on bench because of the major surgery I had, but I still bring the weight all the way down to my chest and power up... Thanks to all who support, and to those who don’t, until you can show me something better... SHUT THE FUCK UP!!! ?????
