This transformation of 4 months makes me so emotional!?

I’ve never been so proud! Never missing a workout, cardio session, meal, no alcohol (which was the hardest) and giving everyday my everything and more! The sacrifice and discipline that was required was out of this world!????

On the left was 4.3.18 and on the right was 8.6.18! At the beginning of this prep I questioned myself if I could really do it again 2-1/2 years later! Through all the obstacles and mental battles daily I never gave up and pushed forward with all my heart and soul!?

To be able to step on stage as an IFBB Pro bikini athlete again amazes me!??? On the picture on the right I had lost my way in my fitness journey and had been out of the gym let’s just say for along time. I wasn’t in a good place, I knew I wasn’t my best self. I knew stepping on stage as a natural athlete and seeing how much the sport evolved was going to be a CHALLENGE to say the least! I knew I had to bring something that I had never brought before meaning I knew this would be the hardest prep yet! So many times I wanted to give up! But your girl don’t got time for that!?

I wanted to thank every single one of you for the endless support you have shown me through the prep series on YouTube and here on IG. My dad for being my ROCK. My coach @omarv33 and all of my close friends and family that have been there every step of the way! I couldn’t do it without any of you!

I fly out tomorrow to Portland✈️ I am so excited and have so many emotions coming into this show. Whatever happens I know I gave this my all and it’s out of my hands now! I truly feel like a winner already! Love you all!??❤️
