So today I went and got my body fat% tested!?

I’ve never tested this close to a show. I want you all to know that this is not a maintainable body fat% and is not healthy for a long period of time. But the level of competition I am going up against as a IFBB bikini pro. This shows the hard work I have really been putting in the last 4-1/2 months with perfect diet, training and cardio to say the least!?

I would have guessed 9-10% personally! But I got the results back with a water tank test and CAN YOU GUESS WHAT IT IS!?
