I remember being backstage and all I had was a diet plan. I sewed on my own diamonds to my bikini because I couldn’t afford a sparkly one. My friend @johnnysebastian saw me and said where’s your tan!?? I didn’t even know about a tan let alone afford one! ? He used tanner out of a borrowed tin can (I swear til this day it was shoe polish) and rubbed me down and whaaaaloaa! He also introduced me to @omarv33 that day and he did his best to show me bikini poses!? I’ll always love you both for that! -

I wanted to share these pictures because I feel most women look at me today and think “that’s impossible” but I’m here to tell you it’s taken me years to achieve the physique I have today! -

If you are just starting your fitness journey remember that it’s not going to be easy it’s going to be a lot of hard work, sacrifice and patience but you too can get there I promise!
