••• Looking for a wider v-taper, or more overall aesthetics?! Try incorporating more old school movements like T-Bar Rows. I have always enjoyed heavy back days and this machine is one that uses a fairly neutral grip without the need of a barbell or landmine accessory.

??Not only will this help you build a stronger, thicker back, but a stronger core too. A true testament to your strength, grit and determination...as there’s nothing to stabilize you but you during this exercise. I usually incorporate 4-5 sets with 12-15 reps. Focus on a weight you can control, and the overall tempo! #LetsWORK
