It's reeeeeally similar to the texture and taste of meat, the crispy texture which the chicken katsu curry has is not lost in this vegan invention! All my followers loved the vegatsu - whether vegan or not! At the noodle lab (a testing kitchen where anyone can come try their testing menu) we also ate delicious yasai steamed gyoza and wok-fried greens. The hirata buns were so flavourful ?A full vegan menu! Also check out the cocktails - a particular favourite was the yuzu kick available at noodle lab!
