Here’s a routine that can help get the job done. I focus on 6-7 primary movements for maximum blood flow/pump in my quads and hamstrings. It’s always good to have someone to push you through an intense leg day as well, that way your focus and concentration can be where its needed to get those 1-2 extra reps needed for growth.
