The exercise shown above the “Front Squat” if done properly will exert a lot of force and energy into quads using less weight and ensuring a full pump. When performed properly with the right tempo and range of motion this type of squat can be a better choice if you have a limited range of motion in your shoulders or suffer from previous shoulder strain. Be sure to focus on your breathing, stay hydrated throughout the length of your workout and take the proper amount of rest you feel you need in between sets depending on your goal and current state.
