Here we go, meal 1 of my 6 meals of the day, and one of my favorites! Right here you see 10 egg whites being a clean source of protein, providing 36 grams of protein and then I add 2 yolks for healthy fats. One thing you will notice is I almost always add oats to my breakfasts which are going to be my main carb source which is slow digesting and fills me up. The fiber is lower glycemic which helps control sugar level which is so important to maintain help blood sugar levels and help your body burn fat more efficiently to get and stay lean. This blood sugar control also helps to reduce highs and lows in energy. #Mondaymotivation
