The Snake begins in Yellowstone National Park and flows into the Jackson Hole valley where approximately 50 miles of its 1056 mile length flow through Grand Teton NP, arguably one of the most scenic stretches of river in the world. These waters eventually pass through Idaho and Oregon on their way to the Columbia River.
