A part of our Post-War to Present auction in London is Entwining Identities: Artists from Nigeria, a special focus on works by three prominent artists of Nigerian heritage – Njideka Akunyili Crosby, Toyin Ojih Odutola and Ben Enwonwu.⠀

Though separated by at least three generations, all three artists were born in Nigeria and left home to study in the West. Their experiences were to profoundly impact their lives and artistic practices, with each artist exploring themes of culture, identity and narrative in a globalised and interconnected society.⠀
