I was too shy to appreciate my body in my twenties, after having two children I found taking my clothes off embarrassing and felt insecure when I saw my reflection in the mirror. I’ve always found it difficult to accept praise in a relationship, possibly because I wasn’t ever used to it and also because deep down I didn’t believe it was true. I guess that’s the problem with unhealthy relationships and bad experiences, they leave scars on your heart that can never been seen - knocking self confidence, self esteem and self worth. Now that I’ve reached 30 I never thought I would find the love, peace and happiness that I have today. My body doesn’t embarrass me anybody but it empowers me as a strong and confident woman. I make no apologies for the body I have worked hard to achieve and I enjoy every angle, curve, dimple and contour for the true blessing that it is. Remember my darlings, no matter how bad you think your body is, how many imperfections you see when you look in the mirror or how many things you dream of changing there is always somebody out there who thinks you’re the most beautiful person in the world - body, mind and soul as one - so keep smiling ☺️ -----------------------
