✅Hold EZ Curl Bar Shoulder-Width Apart.
✅Palms Face Forward | Elbows Close To Torso.
✅Curl & Contract Biceps| Breathe Out.
✅Forearms Should Only Move.
✅Contract & Squeeze, Bar At Shoulder Level.
✅Bring Back To Starting Position | Breathe In.
✅Repeat For 12-15 Reps.
