I’m very proud of my buns for taking this load before they shrivelled up and died🙂💀

here’s what my drop set looked like:

🥑415 x 3 - HOT TAMALE I’M HAPPY ABOUT THIS! I tried to get a 4th one in but hahaha nope🙃

🌽365 x 6 - this was actually more manageable than I thought it would be. I guess 415 acclimated my glutes sufficiently👏🏼

🍇315 x 12 - yay @ this rep range - this was a PR when I take into consideration my RPE being at like 8 instead of 9☺️

🍋225 x 15 - dropping the weight while sticking to higher rep ranges sustains the “pump” and adds volume without taxing my CNS

🍒135 x 24 - this was an AMRAP to see how much I could do after all those sets. I then finished with another set of 20 reps💪🏼

🥔overall I’m a happy potato!!looking to make more progress over time, but as always, I care more for the journey than the results👏🏼💜👏🏼💜
