When your dress is on backwards but still trying to act kewll? It’s obvious I am NOT a morning person. Ever since I left the police shifts, starting at 0630am, and night shifts untill 07am, I think my body just rejects any form of getting up early? that’s why I always want to workout at the end of the afternoon or evening. When do you work out best?
