qυєєи σf му σωи ℓιfє??- so lately I’ve been getting so many messages of my girls out of here on IG. And a lot of them were saying that they don’t actually dare to go and set foot in a gym. Most of the time because their confidence doesn’t allow them to and you probably have the feeling everyone is watching you. Besides that the dudes that growl and make sure they check you out from top to bottom doesn’t help either. Understandable! I’ll be real honest with you ladies, the only thing that will make this better is your mindset and some good music. First of all One of the most important thing to realize about the gym (and about life) is that far fewer people are paying attention to you than you actually think! They are way too busy doing their own workout and minding their business. Second, have a plan!?? Being prepared automatically raises your confidence. Once you know what exercises you need to do, the number of sets and reps etc then you are focussing more on things that matter rather than what people think about you.? if you’re still bothered visit the gym at non peaking times☺️ &last but not least sprinkle a little of the “I don’t give a f*” mindset on yourself, turn up the volume of your music and just do it??
