So grateful that Sam is recovering well from his Heart procedure ♥️? yesterday where he had an ablation on a faulty electrical pathway in his heart, to stop the palpitations he would get sometimes when running!
Thank you Jesus, to the amazing surgeons and staff at Christchurch Hospital and to everyone for their prayers for Sam ♥️

Such an inspiration to have persevered through this condition for years since his first one at 14. When it happened his heart would jump up from around 180/190 beats (when doing longer fast intervals) to around 250 beats, so he had to stop and walk until it went back down. Despite this happening often in training and even in some long distance running races and triathlons, he barely ever complained about it and it didn't let him stop him pursuing his dreams.

Sam is such a caring, amazing husband and loves helping other people reach their goals and dreams- just like the first picture shows- him pacing me to a 2.00 800m in the UK last year, and investing so much to the athletes that he coaches♥️
