Learning some new exercises with my younger bro @smit_fit

First time doing these exercises today (and a couple recorded from last Friday) so lots to work on like on getting quicker and better form, but really enjoying the workouts (and super valuable) with my brother Tim! Most of these were 3 sets of about 10 reps (jumps was 6 sets to top of the stairs and 3 sets of 6-7 run throughs over the box jumping)
This was an hour or so after finishing my running interval session of 3x mile reps off 2mins recovery and 3x 200m reps this morning so was quite tired.

Both my brothers are personal trainers at City Fitness Northwood in Christchurch and are very experienced and highly motivating trainers as well as amazing people- definitely recommend them for all levels of fitness and different goals- eg from weight lost to elite sport!!
