For a third of my life I have been a mother and the magic began the moment I first met my daughter. When I close my eyes I can still feel our first cuddle, the first time she smiled at me, the first time she called me Mummy. Life is such an incredible journey and parenthood a blessing as we have the chance to shape and influence future generations, to learn from our mistakes and move forward with patience, kindness and wisdom that has taken a lifetime to achieve. I am so very proud of my darling children, proud to be their parent and proud to have raised them alone because it means twice as much love and time together. My children warm my heart and lift my soul, they are the missing puzzle piece to my life and I’m incredibly blessed to have them. Please never take your loved ones for granted, kiss them, cuddle them, tell them you love them - life is so very precious and short, make every day count -----------------------
