I think sometimes people forget that I’m human, that I have feelings, emotions and I’m somebody’s daughter. I have a heart, a soul and mind of my own and live life in a way that I believe is natural and filled with kindness. I treat everybody with respect, take pride in good manners, put 100% into all that I do and go above and beyond to increase my education and help those less fortunate. In recent years I’ve healed from unhealthy relationships and single parenthood and found my feet as a strong and confident woman thriving on freedom and a deep rooted work ethic to raise my two young children alone. When I was shy and bullied growing up I was an easy target for criticism, yet taking charge of my life and doing my best I’m now criticised for being ‘self centred’ or ‘attention seeking’ by keyboard warriors and strangers who have never met me and most likely never will. It’s disappointing to think how small minded and disrespectful humans can be when we have the capacity and understanding to put ourselves into others shoes - but so many choose not to. I love filling the world with optimism and positivity and it touches my heart to hear from so many people across the world from every creed, culture and background. Being in the public eye I have to accept the insults, accusations and vile opinions of the uniformed - something nobody would normally have to deal with in everyday life, along with the many wonderful compliments of course. But I take it all with grace and a kind smile because every view, every comment and every form of engagement is change and I wouldn’t be where I am today without it. The highs and lows, good and bad and doors of opportunity that open all around me because of you all. So thank you, you rock my world and allow me to live a life that I adore, for the benefit of my children and family and for the good of my soul. Stay humble my darlings, be human, live with kindness in your heart and know that no matter what you are going through you can change your life around - have faith in taking that first step!
