Have you ever seen a more beautiful outdoor bathroom design ????? There are so many things I love about the ethos of this place. One it’s completely 100% carbon neutral. And there is no plastic to be seen on the entire island. Drinking water is produced onsite and served in glass bottles. I was so pleased to learn about their waste to wealth initiatives too where they recycle up to 90% of waste and create usable products right there on the island at their eco center. Styrofoam is used to make blocks for construction, leftover food is composted and used in their organic gardens to grow food and herbs, glass bottles are upcycled onsite in the Glass studio to create art, installations and pieces for the restaurants and villas ?
