Because I got so many request for this Mushroom Rosemary Cauliflower Gnocchi here it is!
In a skillet cook the full bag on mushroom, 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic and 1-2tbsps of rosemary. Stir untiled cooked. Add thawed out cauliflower gnocchi to the skillet and cook for 5min.
While cooking in the skillet, place the asparagus in the microwave for about 4-5 minutes. If you like your asparagus a bit crispy place in the oven AFTER the microwave on broil for only 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned.
For the finishing touch I added a spoonful of 1/2 skim ricotta cheese on top.
This is a serving size for 2-3 people.
