I know for some couples it can be difficult to show your partner weakness, to be seen without makeup, feeling sick or not your usual self. It’s probably not the biggest turn on in the world to be helpless and needy and I’m a woman who truly thrives on being independent and strong. This week is the second time in my life when I’ve needed somebody to be there for me, when I had an emergency breast reconstruction 6yrs ago I unexpectedly became a single parent just 4 days after leaving hospital. This mans love, actions and support speaker louder than any words or false promises. Throughout my surgery he’s been incredible, held my hand, carried my bags and stayed by my side keeping me laughing and smiling throughout. What an incredible experience it’s been to correct my breathing with rhinoplasty surgery by one of the best surgeons in the world @dr._aslani and the most caring and conscientious team @serenecosmetic_ who have organised every last detail and stage of aftercare perfectly. I’m overwhelmed to have so much love and support around me as I heal, such caring individuals and now dear friends who have helped me when I needed help the most.
