Packs of hunting dogs are then used to track the wildlife until its exhausted, and then slaughtered. This can also have a catastrophic effect on the wildlife that can not readily flee the burns, such as tortoise, rock monitors, and all manner of snakes - with no regard for the size of the resultant burn enormous amounts of irreplaceable pristine ecosystem can be lost as well as wildlife. #conserving #conservation #wildlife #burn #bush #africa #namibia #nopoaching #notrade @everydayextinction @thephotosociety
