She found the signs of TB first in her son’s neck and immediately got him treatment. She is still concerned even though the boy is feeling better.

Oeun received his treatment from Operation ASHA (@operationasha), whose last mile delivery program insures that Cambodia’s most disadvantaged are able to adhere to the rigorous treatment regimen to avoid relapses and the development of drug resistant TB.
Thanks to generous support from @Sony facilitated by @thephotosociety, @RippleEffectImages team members Lynn Johnson (@ljohnphoto) and Melanie Burford (@melburford) were able to document the program, providing Operation ASHA with a film and photography showing the profound effectiveness of their initiatives.
