That is Anthony Wall, in prom clothes, being lifted off the ground and choked by a Warsaw County police officer at Waffle House:
He had just taken his little sister to prom. And yet again Waffle House called the cops.
Anthony, of course was unarmed & non-violent.

This is assault. ——
1. We must be done w/ Waffle House. They are failing us in every way. I don't mean a temporary boycott. We're done there.
2. This North Carolina Police Officer needs to be charged w/ criminal assault. This isn't just bad policy - it's a crime.
