We Women we feel so much
We hold so much
We Women absorb the pain of this world
We inhale the beauty too.
You see we were born this way as were our mothers and our mother’s mothers .
We hide this sometimes because you might not like us if you saw it.
We hide it sometimes because we fear if we feel it all we may cry for a thousand days.
When we women accept /adore :embrace our feelings - when we honor them not as facts but as stellar information . Our feelings show us what needs our attention:
We need to make space for them just as we make space for other vitally important parts of our lives.
Like sleep and nutrition connection and creativity .
