Beep beep. To everyone asking about my Jeep - this is my Jeep. This is me pushing my Jeep. There is no one driving my Jeep. This is really me pushing my Jeep. It may appear difficult but realistically the most difficult part was getting it to start rolling - after building up the momentum the push was (somewhat) effortless.

Starting is the hardest part of anything - of cleaning the house, becoming fit, planning a trip or learning how to build a house.

Gaining momentum takes energy and work, but that’s only a small part of why we resist beginning. We don’t stay stagnant just because moving towards are goals is a challenge, I think we stay ‘stuck’ because the whole process is intimidating! We’re scared of what we’ll tell ourselves if we don’t exceed our own expectations. Just because we’re scared, and just because we know the next few steps are going to be hard, doesn’t mean it’s not going to be worth it!

It’s up to you to make your goals your reality, because unfortunately dreams don’t just magically unfold without the effort. Action is your biggest asset, so why is it again that you haven’t started moving towards your goals? Even though it isn’t easy, find peace in the knowing that starting is the most difficult part!
