Start out with 1 hammer and piston walk down to 1 plié squat and then lunge back.
Second set would be 2 hammers, piston walk down to 2 plié squats, lunge back
Third set would be 3 hammers, piston walk down to 3 plié squats lunge back etc
Complete 10 rounds working up to 10 hammers and 10 plié squats.
