💥I start my booty isolating day pre exhausting my quads and hamstrings. I like doing several variations of box jumps this is another variation try doing three sets of 30 and if you can’t slowly work your way up to it. Once your done go heavy in on your booty isolating workout.

💥In the second video I’m working on back I know a lot of women hate that bra fat. When you go to the gym work on your whole body not just your problem areas. You can not spot reduce. I do back and bi’s on a separate day all together but I wanted to show both examples. If bra fat is an issue for you look for lat workouts such as rows, pull downs or pull ups. Most machines in the gym show you with a sticker on the machine the muscle area worked.
