Spent this Monday trying to elaborate all the info and inspiration I got at my short weekend stay in Milan at #CiboARegoladArte food event, as well as getting some work done and recovering from yet another cold (seriously 2018? Gimme a break). I am still at awe after listening to @massimobottura's talk on how he's fighting against food waste by providing food for the soup kitchen for the homeless. He truly is that sort of genius soul that touches you somewhere deep inside. @oliahercules and @ciaosamin , sadly I missed your talks yesterday but it was so so good to meet you! Hopefully next time it'll be here in Rome! Same goes for @we_are_food, @nina_giga, @lacucinadicalycanthus, @laurelevans, @lspinelli_photo, @barbaramassaad and probably some other people that I'm forgetting. . My head and guts are now bubbling with thoughts and emotions as I'm trying to find out to do MORE, and better. Something different.
