Keen to push boundaries? We want to help. Applications are now being accepted for the 2018 Sotheby’s Prize, an annual award of up to $250,000 available to help arts institutions around the world wanting to explore overlooked or underrepresented area of art history. Last year’s award was shared between submissions for two projected exhibitions: Many Tongues: Art, Language, and Revolution in the Middle East and South Asia, due to open in February 2020 at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago, and Pop América, 1965-1975 opening in October this year at the Nasher Museum of Art at Duke University, co-oganised by the McNay Art Museum.
