90s swim + palm trees forever. We’re one month away from the new book launch (Kintsugi Wellness) + if you don’t know my work, here’s stuff on me you may not know:
1- I paid my way thru culinary school at 22 + got my ass whooped on the line in kitchens w all the boys.
2- I was the youngest girl to ever be on top chef + one of the youngest judges on iron chef
3-I love doing bad things
4- I hate rules
5- I was editor-at-large+ a columnist at Shape + Mens Fitness + a columnist Women’s Health + Men’s Health
6- I like doing good things, especially for charities.
7- I was a fit + print model for 15 years + paid for culinary school in full with that ca$h money. I love 90s swim + palms.
8- I support women whole heartedly and cannot wait for the day to see equal treatment + pay.
9- I slay all day, I have no investors or extra cash + I slang rocks, as a small business owner from LA to NY for over 10 years.
10- I wrote my new book Kintsugi Wellness because there was WAY too much basic shit out there & my heritage is what I drew upon to heal my heart + one up my life, like Mario.. I hope it will do the same for you. Here’s to being myself + never being basic. Now girls, go get that 90s suit and never play small x ???ck
