#nextgeneration #womensmonth : Ashley Fiolek (Born 1990) is a Women’s Motocross (WMX) champion winner in 2008, 2009, 2011 and 2012.  Fiolek is culturally deaf and communicates using sign language.  Since retiring from motocross as a competitative sport, Fiolek began to work as a motorcycle stunt performer.  She was the first deaf person to be featured on Conan, and has been an inspiration to many.
