Try this squat trio to fire up all parts of the glutes

I’m using a thick resistance band, you can find on amazon just search hip circle band.

1. Smith machine squats: I like to go light here so that I can hold at the bottom and really focus on the squeeze
2. Front Dumbell squats: a good guide to follow is elbow to knees.
3. Split squats on low bench: I like to hold on so that I can fall back into the glutes .
