For the ladies asking if you can train on your period, yes you can depending on how you feel. You can't train OUT of your period... so don't think you can out train a headache or sore tummy, but you can do little things to make yourself feel better. IF you are one of the lucky ladies that doesn't feel a thing when you have your period - GO FOR GOLD!.
