If you absolutely hate getting up in the morning but NEED to, here are some tips. ✅Stay hydrated! I know this may seem weird but if you wake up dehydrated you can feel groggy or have a headache (no one wants a headache in the morning). ✅Drink your greens AT NIGHT and wake feeling fresh! ✅Avoid caffeine after 2pm - you want to go to bed relaxed and calm. ✅After 9pm, place your phone on the other side of the room and don’t look at it again until the morning! ✅Don’t try and go to sleep early to re-set your body clock - try to WAKE UP early. One day (you only have to do this for ONE DAY - not the whole week) set an alarm for super early and just GET UP, go to the gym, eat breakfast, do washing, watch TV - ANYTHING to distract yourself and that NIGHT you will WANT TO go to sleep early (your body will naturally re-set itself and you will wake up earlier the next day) IF you feel yourself waking up later and later do an early start again! ✅ If you are planning to go to the gym in the morning - put ALL your clothes in order of you wearing them (jacket on bottom - undies on top WITH HEADPHONES AND WATER BOTTLE) in your bathroom (not in your room because you won’t get up) Place socks and shoes by the front door or in your car! ??
