One of the greatest things about @fitnesscultureprogramming Is the variety of movements programed into our training. This is one of my favorites for chest.

DB Key Press on a incline. -Start by sitting on the incline bench with DBs resting on top of your thighs.
-Using your thighs to help raise the dumbbells up, lift the dumbbells so that they are now almost resting on your chest with a supine grip, this is the starting position. -Once in the correct position start pressing while simultaneously rotating the DB forward so that the palms of your hands are facing away from you. At the top of the movement your arms should be almost completely locked out. Squeeze your chest, then begin the eccentric movement slowly. lowering the weight should take more time then the press.
