I’ve been in the public eye since I was 18yrs old, a shy and quiet geek cast into glamour and the limelight of media in the blink of an eye. Regardless of what I go through in life and where I end up I’m still the same girl from a quiet leafy village trying my best to raise a family by myself and bring comfort to others by showing them they’re not alone in this big wide world, we all bleed the same way. I’m fortunate to have been raised with a strong work ethic by very kind and loving women which has allowed me to be unashamedly myself, open and honest about my experiences, thoughts and opinions. My nanny now in heaven was raised in a catholic convent and my mum had some of the biggest muscles and craziest stamina I’ve ever seen on a woman - they are my absolute role models in life, selfless, forever loving, accepting, understanding and patient. I’m still surprised by how many people meet me and comment on how polite and kind I am, as if they’re expecting me to be dismissive or rude just because of how I look or the work I do as a model and journalist. I never judge people on appearance, career choice or status and happily give my time and everything I can to help others because although I’m not rich I am incredibly thankful for everything I’ve worked hard to achieve and I have instilled the same values in my two beautifully kind children. We are all human, we are all equal and we are all capable of being good to others, so please let us all be the positive change that this world so desperately needs my darlings ----------------------------
