Ground chicken with mash potatoes.
Easy to make! Great for #mealprep

?Ingredients for chicken muffin?
?1/3 cup - Parsley
?1 - Egg
?2 - Chicken breast / about 2 cups ground
?1/3 cup - panko Breadcrumbs
?2 tbsp - Dijon mustard
?1 - Onion / carmelized
?1-2 - carrot / fine
?2 tbsp - #flavorgod Ketchup
?2 tbsp - tomato paste
?2 tsp - #flavorgod Himalayan Salt&Pepper

Blend all above ingredients together in large bowl.

Oil cupcake pan and place filling into it.

Bake at 350* Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes or until chicken fully cooked. (Therm reaches 165* Fahrenheit)
