INGREDIENTS:
?1-2 - sweet potato
?1 tbsp - #flavorgod honey BBQ seasoning
?1 tbsp - ghee butter or butter
*optional pinch of sea salt

Directions:
1.Heat oven to 400° F. Pierce each sweet potato several times with the tines of a fork.
2.Place the sweet potatoes on a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil. Bake until tender, about 45 minutes. 3.Make a slit in the top of each sweet potato. Open up : drop in butter and season with #flavorgod honey BBQ.
