3 Ingredients Baked Salmon over a Rainbow Salad

For Salmon baking:
?2 - Salmon filets
?1 tbsp - Olive oil
?1 tbsp - Dijon mustard
?1/2 tbsp - #Flavorgod Italian Zest Seasoning

Instructions
?Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the salmon in the middle of the foil.
?In a shallow plate, combine olive oil, dijon mustard & Italian Zest. Whisk.
?Spread mix on top of salmon
?Bake in the preheated oven for 18 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
I placed salmon on top of a salad made with:
?Kale
?Tomatoes
?Cashews
?Olive oil
?Red wine vinegar
?Flavorgod Italian zest
?Red onion
?green bell pepper
