Singapore is always on the move, even on public holidays! This morning, I visited two train depots to thank the engineers and technicians for working through weekends and holidays to keep our trains running.

The past few years have been a difficult period for the train operators, but I am glad that we are steadily making progress. It is the hard work of the teams at SBS Transit and @smrtsingapore that keeps Singapore on the go.
But it’s not just people that have to work holidays. This morning’s post on K-9s reminded me of our working dogs, so I took the opportunity to say hi to Yona, a trained armed and explosives search dog at the SAF’s Explosives Ordnance Disposal (EOD) unit. – LHL (MCI Photos by Fyrol)
