✅Hold a dumbbell shoulder-width apart. Palms facing forward.

✅Curl the weight while contracting the biceps as you breathe out.

?Tip: Forearms should only move

✅Contract and Squeeze.

✅Bring the dumbbell back to starting position as you breathe in.
