?cardio 5 minute warm up
?prone single arm Y lift, begin with just arm and emphasize scap retraction than lift!
?Dont use Upper Trap!
?3 sets 15 reps than add weight
?2nd exercise Serratus punches 3 sets 15 reps
?3rd band pull aparts shoulders down an back, 3 sets 15 reps.
